- Hand-picked fruit.
- Completely fermented in stainless steel vats.
- Aged Six months in oak barrels. (70% French oak and 30% American oak).
- Bottle aged at least 6 months.
Color, Nose & Palate
- This wine exhibits an elegant personality with notes of cinnamon and cloves.
- A clear nose reminiscent of licorice, anise, ripe plums and blackberries.
- With soft tannins and round mouthfeel, it has a very long finish
