- The vineyard lies just to the north of Lyon France,.
- Matured in oak barrels following six to eight months in the vat.
- The yeast used during fermentation is 100% natural and organic as it comes from the grape itself.
Color, Nose & Palate
- Varying from light to medium-dark in color.
- The wine has a vibrancy from the slightly acidic nature of the wine, along with hints of vanilla, hazelnut and peach.
- There are a multiple aromas as well as a pleasant minerality.
