- The grapes for this specific cuvee come from the old vines and best parcels which have the best exposure.
- Fermentation in stainless steel lasts 6 months.
Color, Nose & Palate
- This wine has bright red color.
- The nose is of tart cherry and cranberry, roasted red apple, and subtle baking spices which intermingle with light red and purple florals.
- The palate is round, driven by cherry, with a bit of leather and mushroom.
