- Completely fermented in stainless steel vats.
- Aged Six months in oak barrels. (70% French oak and 30% American oak).
- Bottle aged at least 6 months.
Color, Nose & Palate
- Deep violet color.
- This wine has a good structure and soft tannins.
- Highlights of intense plum and red fruit aromas with a hint of coffee.
- Very well balanced, a long finish, and with a reminiscence of ripe fruits.
